I turn ideas, properties and brands into compelling stories that create value and drive sales. Right now the lead is property: verified land and homes in Abuja, and Tri-Tower in the Central Business District.

Institutional standards. Personal attention. Land and homes in Abuja, sold by someone who walks every site before he sells it.
A $200M mixed-use landmark: studios, one and two bedroom apartments, four-bedroom penthouses, plus retail, offices and co-working space. Units are available to buy or lease.

Most brand consultants have never closed a sale in their life. They will hand you a beautiful deck, a colour palette and a mood board, and then leave before anyone has to actually sell something with it.
I came the other way round. I learned this in Nigerian land sales — an environment where nobody buys anything until they trust you completely, where the customer has usually been defrauded before, and where a pretty logo is worth nothing against a hard question. That is the hardest sales education available anywhere.
What it taught me is that branding is not decoration. It is the work of making a business easy to believe. Every day a customer cannot understand what you do, why you are different, or why they should trust you, is a day you lose money you will never see.

Built the full brand guidelines and visual identity standards, then trained their creative and IT teams to run the content system themselves.

An active property portfolio across nine Abuja estates. This is where the sales discipline behind everything else was earned.
